Patron values your privacy and treats privacy seriously. We recognize the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to any and all services, applications, platforms, websites, or other affiliated ventures offered by Patron.
Throughout this Policy, “Patron” and “We” refers to patron.works managed by Brushfam OÜ and its affiliates.
Brushfam OÜ is the controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) in respect of patron.works
“You” or “Users” refers to you, our users and everyone who uses, subscribes to, publishes through, joins, or visits patron.works

Your privacy is important to us and We have taken steps to ensure that We do not collect more information from You than is necessary for us to provide You with our services and to protect your account.
Information You Provide: You may provide to Patron certain information (often called “personally identifiable” information), such as your wallet address, date of registration, authentication token, source code, WASM bytecode, metadata of contracts that were created from the archives with the downloaded source code, build logs and logs of access to the server (IP address, User-Agent, path to which access was gained) . By providing us with your code through our command-line interface, you give us consent to use it only for verification, it remains your exclusive property and is not disclosed to anyone. You may provide us with this information if you use certain services or products from the Patron Service, enter contests or conferences, or otherwise use the features and functionality of the Patron Service.
If You contact our contact center, We may record Your conversation with us and collect additional information to verify Your identity. In connection with any transaction and payment services, information, including virtual currency addresses.
We record details of users’ activities with the Service. We log technical information about Your use of the Services, including the dates and times that You visit, access, or use the Patron Service.

Patron does not allow other companies, including third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the Patron Service.
Patron does not provide Your personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without Your consent. However, Patron reserves the right to add or remove third-party ad networks or ad servers only after changes in the Privacy Policy and a notice of such changes on the official website. Please note that if an advertiser asks Patron to show an advertisement to a certain audience or audience segment and You respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that You fit the description of the audience that they were trying to reach.
You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers or ad networks. This Privacy Policy does not apply to, and We cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or websites.

If You disclose Your information to others besides Patron, whether they are users of the Patron Service or on other sites or services, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information You disclose to them. Patron does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and You are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. We encourage You to ask questions before You disclose Your personal information to others.
7. Data Security
Patron uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards intended to preserve the integrity and security of Your personal information. We audit our procedures and security measures regularly to ensure they are being properly administered and remain effective and appropriate. Our Service has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and unauthorized alteration of the information under our control.
Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. No data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
